Best Leadership Qualities of Quaid-e-Azam for Youth to Follow

Leadership is how a person inspires and motivates others to achieve the goal. It’s all about motivating people to turn impossible into possible.

When the word “Leader” is under discussion, “Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah” is an obvious name that ranks the list of great leaders in the world.

Jinnah’s personality and leadership qualities are exemplary for our youth.

Quaid’s character is defined by integrity, loyalty, vision, dedication, commitment, honesty, fortitude, and many other leadership qualities. History is full of such events that describe how Quaid-e-Azam exhibited these leadership skills through his words and actions.

It would not be wrong to say that when it comes to the leadership qualities of Quaid-e-Azam, the list becomes too long, and the discussion is never-ending.

However, we will discuss here a few of his infinite leadership qualities that our youth must follow.

Courage

Courage is the willpower and strength a person exhibits in the state of grief and pain.

In the whole span of the parliamentary career of the subcontinent, Jinnah was the most courageous leader who raised his voice for the freedom of India. His courage to support Indians in front of the British made him the leader of the group inside the legislature.

As a leader, Jinnah never let his nation lose hope.

Our youth should learn the courage and confidence Jinnah had in his attitude. If a leader lacks courage, how he would be able to motivate his people to tackle difficult situations.

Dedication

Quaid-e-Azam was a dedicated man. He dedicated his whole life to Pakistan and even ignored his health while accomplishing his duties as a leader. He worked himself to death.

Jinnah dedicated himself to his homeland. He knew that although the foundation of Pakistan has been laid, a lot more was needed to be done to build and develop this new state.

It’s the result of his diligence that his life is full of achievements and accomplishments.

His contribution and dedication to Pakistan’s survival is a message for our youth.

Great things demand dedication, and we should learn to dedicate ourselves to achieving our goals.

Integrity

Integrity is a person’s trait of being undivided, honest and, following basic principles.

Quaid-e-Azam was a man of principles. The high standards he set in politics, the values he followed, and the statesmanship he exhibited, are the proof of his integrity.

History is full of events when his integrity made Muslims of India proud. Whether the situation was complex, simple, or awkward, he always made the right decision at the right time.

It would not be wrong to call him a charismatic leader who earned popularity all over the world with his integrity and principles.

Our youth must learn integrity from Jinnah’s character as integrity is a quality that magnifies a man’s character and adds glory to it.

Vision

Vision is the most basic quality of a great leader. If the vision of a leader is not clear, then his guiding principles will be unable to show his people the right path.

Quaid’s vision was clear from day one of his journey. He wanted a separate homeland for Muslims. Pakistan seems a miracle to many but for Muhammad Ali Jinnah, it was his dream. He wanted a separate, progressive, and independent state for Muslims.

After Pakistan came into being, his vision was to make the country a prosperous and developed state with his guiding principles of justice and impartiality.

To have a clear vision is an essential leadership trait, and youth should learn this from our great leader “Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah”.

Honesty

Honesty means being loyal, fair, and truthful. It requires great courage and strength to become an honest leader. An honest leader is supposed to know, understand, lead and speak the truth.

Quaid-e-Azam was an honest leader with a clear vision. He was honest and loyal to his work, responsibilities, and above all to his homeland.

There’s no doubt in saying that honesty and truthfulness were the hallmarks of Jinnah. And everyone reading this would agree with this statement.

Quaid fought for his vision and nation in a legal way. He raised his voice legally for the protection of humanity.

Quaid always demanded his nation to be honest. He always wanted to receive the honest opinions of his people, whether it was in his favor or criticism, he always appreciate truthfulness.

Today, our people lack honesty, and this is the main reason we are not happy with our leaders. Neither our leaders nor we ourselves are honest. Youth must learn a lesson from the honest behavior of our great leader “Quaid-e-Azam”.

Commitment

Commitment is defined as the dedication of a person to a cause. For any leader, commitment is a must-have quality. If a leader lacks commitment, how he would be able to engage his team to achieve big goals.

Being a leader, Jinnah showcased an impactful committed behavior to the cause of Pakistan. Pakistan is the proof of Quaid-e-Azam’s commitment. He never let his people lose hope and abandon their aim.

Also, his commitment is visible from his lifetime struggle of providing Muslims with a separate homeland. He practically started his struggle in 1904 and remained stick to it until 1947, when Pakistan came into being.

The key to his successful commitment was simply to ignore failure and move ruthlessly towards the successful achievement of his ambitions.

Jinnah’s character and personality are full of leadership qualities. The above-mentioned are just a few of them.

The title “Quaid-e-Azam” was awarded to Mohammad Ali Jinnah in 1938. English translation of this title is “The Great Leader”. So when it comes to learning and following leadership qualities, the personality of Quaid-e-Azam is the best choice for youth.

On the occasion of Quaid day, I advise the youth to learn and follow these leadership qualities because Quaid-e-Azam is one of those men in history, to whom the men from the opposition were not even reluctant to pay tribute.
