Homeshopping and Shophive both are leading eCommerce stores of Pakistan which were established in 2008 and 2006 respectively. They both aim to transform lifetsyle by making the shopping convenient for people. The product categories are also the same. But when it comes to customers for shopping, they get confused between the two. Here, we bring an in-depth comparison between the two eCommerce stores so you can shop without any hassle. 5. Customer Reviews

Shophive

They received mixed reviews on their website and social pages. But what we analyze is that there customer support services isn’t good. If a customer isn’t satisfied with the product and want to return it, they don’t cooperate the way they should. In addition, there are also negative reviews about their expensive prices. On Trustpilot they have received 2.9 ratings out of 4. While on Google maps, they have 3.5 ratings out of 5. They also have a popular case of a customer whose camera was missing in the order but the complaint was received and resolved by the CEO, Arsalan Nazir himself.

HomeShopping

Although HomeShopping product’s prices are cheap as compare to Shophive but their reviews aren’t satisfactory. On Trustpilot they are rated 3.1 out of 5. While on Google maps, they have 3.5 ratings out of 5. Most of the complaints they receive are about poor customer services and not managing the return request appropriately.

The Verdict: They both need to upgrade their services to improve their customer reviews. For now, HomeShopping graph is a bit better than Shophive.

6. Best Features

Shophive

Shophive vs. HomeShopping: The Takeaway

That makes them to the list of best online shopping websites in Pakistan, but still they need to improve their customer support and management to be with the big names like Daraz, Yayvo, and Telemart.

According to the in-depth comparison between the two eCommerce stores, we found HomeShopping a little bit better in terms of customer reviews and prices. But on the same time, there are some features of Shophive like cash on delivery and free shipping on first time shopping which adds to the convenience of customers.

If you’re looking for any online shopping from China to Pakistan cash on delivery then know that both these features aren’t available yet on these eCommerce stores.

We’d love to know your shopping experience with them in the comments below.
